MIM has been one of the most challenging, fascinating, life altering experiences I’ve passed
through. There were so many emotions, ideas, and things to deal with. The math was difficult but
rewarding. Topo II was excellent but difficult.

One of the most memorable experience I’ve had definitely. I’ve grown a lot intellectually:
the courses here force me to go beyond my comfort zone. I’ve also met memorable people here. My professors
care a lot about their students, for example my advanced algebra professor was even advising us what to eat 🙂
The ladies in the dorm treat us like their children & Russian students are very friendly & helpful. I’ve also
made great friends from other schools in the US, some of them became my best friends. Thanks MIM, Irina & everybody.

I believe math in here is quite polarized; it evaded the bureaucratic banality we had in the states. I think myself intellectually
become better than I had been before. I will miss my life in here.
